Insurance is NOT accepted. Upon request, an invoice can be supplied to the client for submission to the insurance company.
ADDED VALUE COST: The 12-hour comprehensive program is $1500, if paid in full on or before the first session. This includes 6 private weekly 2-hour sessions. A credit card is required for payment for the online program. For the in-office visits, cash or checks are also accepted. If a credit card is used, there is a 3 percent service charge.
Full payment for the 12-hour program represents a substantial $300 savings off the regular price for pay-as-you-go sessions. The reduced rate is $125/hour.
EXTRA BENEFITS: Those who participate in the full 12- hour program will have the added benefit of complimentary text and e-mail communication during the session period. Upon completion of the program, an individualized recording to reinforce program concepts will be given to the client that can be downloaded to an ipod or phone. Further sessions beyond the original 12 hours will continue at the same low rate of $125 per hour, upon request.
Single, pay-as-you-go, in-office private sessions are also available for $150/hour. Session length is 1-1.5 hours. Payment is due at the time of visit.
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PARTICIPATE IN THE 12-HOUR PROGRAM TO GAIN OPTIMAL BENEFIT, ALTHOUGH EACH SINGLE SESSION, NO MATTER THE QUANTITY, WILL OFFER SUBSTANTIAL BENEFITS TO YOU AS WELL.
